Riskworld® Student Travel Award 2026

To be considered for this scholarship, submissions must be received by the DFW RIMS Education Committee no later than Saturday, January 31, 2026.

DFW RIMS awards opportunities to attend RISKWORLD, the annual RIMS Conference, in the Spring to one or more college students. Awards include conference attendance at the student rate (student must be a RIMS member), round trip airfare, hotel accommodations (2-4 students per room), and an honorarium check for expenses.

Students are expected to attend the entire conference, and a mentor will be assigned to provide guidance. Students will be asked to write a brief summary of the conference experience; these summaries may be published in one of the DFW RIMS monthly newsletters.
