The DFW RIMS Annual Conference is our largest event of the year. Hundreds of Risk Managers, Insurance Service Companies and Students attend each year to learn, network, and develop their careers.

Breakout Session 1: "Correlating Claim Data for Acturial Evaluation"
In this session we will make the case for analytics and how to leverage data from safety tracking beyond just keeping your workers and public safe to a means to identify behaviors leading to claims driving your balance sheet changes and what to do to mitigate costs.
About The Speakers:
Dorina brings over 25 years of professional leadership and risk management experience as a woman owned strategic risk management consultant company. With executive risk management leadership roles such as Chief Risk Office for the largest paratransit operator in the US, MV Transportation, Director of Corporate Insurance and Risk Management for 7-Eleven, Inc. , Sr. Director of Risk Management for G6 Hospitality and prior risk management analytics and leadership positions at Cambridge (now Sedgwick), JCPenney and Corporate Systems (now Riskonnect). Her focus is risk financing and showing the value of analytics to yield improvements to the total cost of risk. She has had executive advisory roles for Chubb, Broadspire, WING and the Alliance of Women in Workers' Compensation. She served on the DFW RIMS Board of Directors from 2007 to 2018, serving as president in 2016 and earned recognition for the DFW RIMS Distinguished Deputy in 2013, Top Risk Managers by DCEO Magazine in 2014 and Women to Watch by Business Insurance in 2016. She earned her BS in mathematics from Texas Tech University and has a certificate in Graduate Business Analytics from SMU.
Adrienne is a consulting actuary of Oliver Wyman with over 10 years of experience in the insurance industry. Adrienne is a unique actuary- her mind is hardwired to be analytical, but her vision is strategic and communicative. She currently provides actuarial consulting services to a variety of corporate clients across the retail and transportation industry. At Oliver Wyman she specializes in loss reserving for commercial lines of risk with additional experience in the auto warranty industry. In 2019, as part of Oliver Wyman’s internal innovation challenge, Adrienne led a team that explored the integration of telematics data into actuarial reserve studies. Prior to her role at Oliver Wyman, she worked for Marsh as a broker for financial and professional lines. She graduated from Taylor University where she earned a BS in mathematics and won a Presidential Scholar award. Outside of work, she volunteers her time with Math Motivators for Chicago Public Schools and World Relief.

About The Speakers:
Nathan Walters is a Managing Director for the Dallas, TX office of Aon. Nathan is charged with leading growth in the local geography (TX, OK, AR, LA) across risk, health and wealth for the benefit of Aon Clients.
Rachel Ratcliff is Senior Managing Director and serves as leader of the Engagement Management Group and the head of Aon Cyber Solutions Dallas team where she manages digital forensic investigations, leads teams responding to data breach incidents, and oversees security risk assessments, as well as data collection, processing, and hosting in electronic discovery matters. Ms. Ratcliff maintains a full docket of cases involving cybercrime, theft of intellectual property, deletion of digital data, and proactive incident preparedness. Additionally, Ms. Ratcliff routinely advises boards and C-suite executives on a multitude of cybersecurity issues. Her clients include Fortune 500 companies, private equity firms, non-profit organizations, major law firms, and private individuals.
Joe is a broker and team leader of Aon’s Cyber Solutions Group. His responsibilities include the design, development, negotiation, and implementation of Cyber Liability programs and Miscellaneous Professional and Technology Liability (E&O) programs. Additionally, Joe leads the E&O/ Cyber risk transfer and broking efforts in the Southwest Region. Joe earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Management and a Minor in Entrepreneurship from Eastern Illinois University.
Greg is a native Texan and a 14-year veteran of the insurance industry. He is focused on the Cyber and Tech markets. He has worked on accounts of all sizes, ranging from startups to Fortune 500 companies. He has worked at The Hartford, Travelers, Beazley and is currently a VP of Cyber at Corvus for the Texas+ Region. He holds a Bachelor's in Risk Management and Insurance from the University of North Texas. He loves spending time with his family as well as serving in the community and church.
