NATALIE KASCHALK
VP Insurance Services at Copart
Natalie Kaschalk is the Vice President of Insurance Services for Copart Inc., where she promotes an AI-driven approach to total loss handling, focusing on FNOL-technologically-driven total loss response, providing informational bulletins to the Copart members regarding industry trends and engaging with industry conferences nationally.
Natalie began her claims career at Progressive. After working for several carriers, she paused her professional life and became a full-time mom, later re-entering the workforce at Farmers Insurance. In 2019, she retired from Farmers as the Vice President of Claims where she was responsible for strategy and processes for auto claims and auto centralized operations, and joined Copart in January 2020.
