Speaker Bios
Jennifer Cogbill
Since 2022, Jennifer has served as Senior Vice President at Gallagher Bassett where she leads GBCARE medical management strategies for client engagement, change management and marketing initiatives.
Most recently, Jennifer was Vice President of GBCARE client services where she led a team of Managed Care advisors. Area of focus is on medical management strategies to support injured worker recovery and drive financial improvements on Workers’ Compensation programs.
Prior to moving to the GBCARE division in 2014, Jennifer was a member of Gallagher Bassett’s Client Services Team and has been a strong client advocate focused on improving client outcomes since joining Gallagher Bassett in 2002.
Stacey Corcoran
Stacey is a seasoned industry professional with over two decades of experience in client services and risk management, currently holding the position of Vice President, Client Services at Gallagher Bassett. Stacey is renowned for her exemplary leadership skills, strategic vision, and client-centric approach, all of which she leverages to drive exceptional outcomes for clients. Her core strengths include overseeing and guiding a team of Senior Client Service Managers and Client Services Directors to provide unparalleled service delivery, directly assessing client satisfaction, and offering comprehensive training and feedback for continuous improvement.
