Speaker Bios
Justin C. Velten, PhD, Board Chair, Co-Founder, and CEO, Go Culture
Dr. Velten brings nearly two decades of experience researching and advising organizations on how communication breakdowns, disengagement, and internal friction translate into real business risk. His work has informed the development of practical, data-driven tools used across corporate, healthcare, and federal government environments to detect early warning signs of workforce disruption and guide timely intervention.
Dr. Velten holds a doctorate in Intercultural Communication and has advised leaders across complex, regulated, and high-stakes environments on navigating people-related risk with greater clarity and foresight.
